From research to real movement.
We are not looking for the one invention that saves the planet. We are building the force that helps consequential climate and ecological work stop being unseen, underpowered or stuck.
A global climate acceleration and stewardship engine that identifies the planetary intervention arenas where faster action matters most, finds the people already advancing them, and surrounds the strongest work with the capital, capability, credibility, access and barrier-removal required to move at the speed of the need.
This is the mission sentence the deeper research, operating system and global map now serve.
Evidence disciplined, action led, and built to strengthen the people already carrying important work.
Rapid warming reduction, clean power to industry, and rights led living systems and resilience.
A real case where the solution is credible, the blocker is identifiable, and action can be measured.
Compress the evidence, choose a live case, assemble the right room, and prove that the work moved.
Find the work. Strengthen the people. Move what is stuck.
The Climate Mission exists to identify consequential climate and ecological work, understand what is preventing it from moving, and bring the missing combination of access, capital, capability, credibility, partnership and persistence around it.
We will help serious work become visible, supported, connected and deployable. We will measure what changed. We will stop when the evidence, rights or integrity fail.
Accelerate what is already real
Credible work with evidence or technical maturity that cannot reach deployment, adoption or scale because a specific barrier remains unresolved.
Cultivate what has not had a fair chance
Emerging, unconventional, young, place based or under recognised work that needs evidence, development and protection before it can responsibly move into the main pathway.
The world is not short of people trying. It is short of reliable routes from potential to action.
The research does not say there is one missing climate invention. It says meaningful work repeatedly slows at the joins between evidence, authority, finance, implementation, rights and access.
Work is visible, but action is fragmented
Methane can be detected and still remain unresolved. Clean energy projects can be ready and still sit behind grid, demand or finance barriers. Local stewards can protect living systems and still lack direct access to capital and decision rooms.
The missing input is often not more money
Some work needs capital. Other work needs a buyer, a regulator, an engineer, a legal pathway, a trusted introduction, a clearer proposition, a stronger organisation, or somebody who keeps the room moving after the first meeting.
Nicole and Scarlet fit the gap
Nicole can open consequential rooms and move complex coalitions. Scarlet can recognise hidden value, make the work legible, design the support system and turn a scattered opportunity into a coherent path forward.
Three portfolios, not three gadgets.
Two independent research passes converged on the same underlying structure. These are the mission's first fields of view, not permanent brand pillars and not a claim that every answer sits inside them.
Rapid Warming Reduction
Reduce near term warming pressure quickly.
Methane, HFCs and selected super pollutants offer some of the fastest available climate benefits. The opportunity is often less about inventing a new technology and more about connecting detection, responsibility, repair, finance and verification.
- Methane detection to verified action
- Landfill, wastewater and coal mine emissions
- Refrigerant recovery and efficient cooling
- Context specific agricultural methane measures
Clean Power to Industry
Change the systems that lock in emissions.
This field connects grids, storage, flexibility, industrial heat, steel, cement, standards, demand and first commercial finance. The highest value sits at the interfaces where proven technologies still cannot move.
- Grid connection and capacity bottlenecks
- Clean industrial heat and materials
- Offtake and procurement coalitions
- Shared infrastructure and first commercial risk
Rights Led Living Systems and Resilience
Protect people, places and the systems life depends on.
Forests, peatlands, mangroves, watersheds, food systems, heat, water and coastal resilience belong together only where the causal pathway is clear and the work is led through legitimate local and Indigenous authority.
- Indigenous and community led stewardship
- Water, heat and coastal resilience
- Food, land and ecosystem protection
- Long term maintenance and local capability
